I'm not sure if my image is the correct quality...

Don't worry. We will check all images before we print. If there are any issues we will contact you to advice on what can be done.The best tip we can give you is to ensure your camera is set up to take the highest quality / resolution pictures possible. These setting can generally be found in the Setting or Menu on your camera.

 

Will my canvas / photo look like the image on my computer screen?

Every screen displays colours differently so there may well be a difference from screen to canvas. However these are generally small and not noticed. If you have enhanced your photos and are not sure how they'll look, please just make a note on your order to ask us to check it out for you.

 

What printing technology do you use?

We print on the latest 12 colour printers giving the very best in colour quality. Our inks are UV protected meaning your canvases will last a life time without any fading.We offer two choices of canvas. A standard polyester canvas and a premium 100% acid free cotton canvas.

 

How do I care for my canvas?

Typically your canvas will just need a light dusting every now and then. If you find that you need to spot clean the canvas, use a damp cloth that has only water on it. Chemicals can react with the ink and ruin the canvas.

 

What is your turn around time?

We aim to have your order delivered to your door within 4 / 5 working days. When an order is received, we will review it for quality before putting it into production. Once we have produced your order we will sent it out for delivery using AnPost delivery service.

 

Where do I get your Special Offers?

Keep an eye on our webpage for special offers. But also a lot of our coupon / voucher offer codes will be posted on our Facebook and page, so please follow us there. Please note only 1 code may be used at a time.

 

What is your returns policy?

If you are not happy with your product, please let us know so we can find a fair solution. If your purchases is damaged in transit, just take a few photos of the damage we will replace it for you.There is no need to return it to us, just a few photos of the damage and a brief note telling us about the damage and we'll replace it for you.

 

Voucher & Special offer codes etc?

Only 1 code is allowed at the time of purchase. However if there is a product on sale, a code may be used to further reduce the price of that item.
